Definition Of Terms

"Customer," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity placing an order with bookwriterscentral.com.

"Company," "We," "Our" refers to bookwriterscentral.com, registered under applicable state laws.

"Products or Services" refers to all offerings provided by bookwriterscentral.com in accordance with a confirmed order.

"Order" refers to a request placed via phone or email for services or products, confirmed upon receipt of payment through approved methods.

Our Services

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions and our refund policy before submitting any order or payment. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of all applicable policies.

Returns

Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders.

If revisions are required to meet quality standards or original project requirements, we provide a structured revision process. If the delivered work does not meet documented requirements, we will conduct an internal review and revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.

Revisions

Each service package includes a defined revision policy. Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days after the order reaches the Waiting for Customer Approval stage.

Revision requests must be submitted directly to the assigned Project Manager. Once fulfilled, clients retain full rights to edit or modify content independently.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Our team will always attempt to resolve concerns before proceeding with refund consideration.

Refunds may apply to orders that have not yet been initiated or assigned.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5 percent of the order total, whichever is higher, applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Change Of Mind

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund prior to project initiation.
  • A refund may be requested within one hour of order placement.
  • Once work has begun and revisions are provided, only a partial refund may apply.

Incompetent Delivery

A refund may be requested only after all revision options have been exhausted.
  • If delivered work does not align with documented requirements.
  • We provide unlimited revisions and reassignment if required. If expectations remain unmet, a partial refund may be processed upon mutual agreement.

Late Delivery

If delivery delays occur due to our responsibility and are supported by documented communication attempts, a refund may be processed following review.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of first delivery if no revisions have been used.

Requests outside this time frame will not be considered.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Minor technical or formatting issues resolved through revisions.
  • Delays caused by the client.
  • Concerns related solely to word count.

Modifications To Services And Pricing

Service pricing and discounts may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

We are not liable for changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.
