Cancellation Notice: If a client requests cancellation of services, work will cease within five (5) business days from the date of the request. Any advance payments made for services scheduled beyond the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund, in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.
Cancellation Terms: No refunds will be issued for completed milestones. For milestones that are in progress at the time of cancellation, a partial refund of up to 25% of that milestone’s value may be issued.
Clients who have paid in full may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the service, provided the cancellation request is submitted within the designated notice period.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point. Any remaining balance paid beyond the completed work will be refunded accordingly.
At Creative Ink Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality results in line with our agreements. In cases where a client is dissatisfied with the outcome and has followed the appropriate dispute resolution process, we will review refund requests based on the type of service and the stage of the project, as outlined in our service-specific refund schedule.
Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Review & Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Disbursement: Approved refunds will be issued to the client’s original or preferred payment method.
